Operator and application of these terms
鹤瞰科技有限公司 provides this website, the account system, Workspace, and the tools under the Baihe Labs brand. Public content can be viewed without registration. Account use, submitted material, and tool runs are also subject to the relevant page instructions and the Privacy Policy.
Using the service means that you have read and accepted the current online terms. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to submit its material and make the relevant choices. Mandatory legal rights continue to apply.
Accounts and security
Registration details must be accurate and kept usable. Keep account credentials secure. Do not transfer an account, bypass access controls, or impersonate another person. If you notice unauthorised access, revoke other sessions and contact us promptly.
We may rate-limit, temporarily freeze, or stop access linked to abnormal login activity, automated abuse, attacks, or a clear breach of these terms. Such action does not remove any liability imposed by law.
Submitted material and permission to process it
You must have lawful authority to process each table, text, contact detail, client record, or other item you submit. Do not submit unlawful material, malicious code, content that infringes another person's rights, or sensitive personal information beyond what the feature needs.
You keep the rights you lawfully hold in submitted material. You give us a limited permission to process that material only to perform the parsing, generation, saving, export, and troubleshooting you request. That permission does not allow public promotion or sale of the material.
Tool output and human review
DataCraft, Skills, and the other automated tools produce results from submitted material and preset rules. A result may contain an error, omission, formatting problem, or content that does not fit the situation. Check sources, figures, rights, and context before using, publishing, or acting on it.
The service does not replace legal, medical, financial, investment, tax, audit, or other professionally qualified judgement. Reflection and entertainment tools must not be used for diagnosis, hiring, performance, credit, or another decision with a material effect on a person.
Storage, export, and backups
“Save to Workspace” controls whether a result is linked to an account's Workspace. It does not mean that the server creates no run record when the option is clear. The Privacy Policy and each page describe the actual storage behaviour for the relevant tool.
The service is not a permanent archive or your only backup. Export material that must be kept and retain the original files. Some content may become unavailable after an account restriction, feature change, security response, or verified deletion request.
Intellectual property and third-party rights
The Baihe Labs name, site design, software, page copy, and owned assets are protected by applicable law. Without permission, you may not copy brand marks, scrape the service at scale, defeat security controls, or present our owned material as your work.
Tool output is not guaranteed to be exclusive or to satisfy copyright, trade mark, privacy, or other rights requirements. Processing material that you or a third party supplied does not change the underlying ownership or licence status.
Availability and changes
We may pause or change a feature for maintenance, security, legal, capacity, or product reasons. We try to reduce disruption, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, or compatibility with every device and file.
A change that materially affects an account, saved work, or the parties' rights will be explained in a prominent site notice or an appropriate account channel. The current online version applies when published. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the revised terms.
Responsibility and limits
You are responsible for submitted material, operational choices, human review, and final use. A party that submits material without authority, circumvents security, or breaches these terms is responsible as provided by law.
To the extent permitted by law, we give no additional warranty about the accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness of tool output for a particular purpose. These terms do not exclude liability that law does not allow us to exclude, or reduce consumer and personal rights granted by law.
Termination, contact, and disputes
You may stop using the service and sign out. Submit a verified request through the contact page if you need action on an account or personal information. If we discontinue a feature, we will describe any available export or deletion arrangements in light of the actual service state.
The laws of the People's Republic of China apply to these terms. The parties may first use the contact page to discuss a dispute. If it remains unresolved, either party may bring it before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
